INFORMATION FOR THE PASSENGERS
Mainly, the passengers have to make their way to the bus stops indicated for each terminal. The first thing to do is to go at the information desk and announce that they had arrived and that there is a coach waiting for them in the parking. If there will be no one at the information desk they will just have to locate a member of the information team. They are usually dressed in purple. All this time, they will have to be able to call the coach marshal 07814246995 to provide details about the group where about they are located.

Unescorted Groups
- Step 1
If you are travelling as a group but not expecting a tour operator, make your way to the designated Group Travel areas on the relevant forecourts.
- Step 2
Provide the Coach Marshal with the following information:
The name of the coach company or tour operator.
The flight number.
Your UK destination.
- Step 3
Wait here for your transport to arrive. If you cannot locate the Coach Marshal please call +44 (0)7814 246 995.

GATWICK AIPORT
INFORMATION FOR THE PASSENGERS
First, the passengers should announce their arrival at the information desk. If there is no one at the information desk they will have to make their own way to the ground floor.
There they will have to locate the coach marshal – airport personnel with security vests on – high visibility jackets.
They will have to announce their arrival to the coach marshal so he can call for the coach/minibus to arrive at the pick-up location.
- GATWICK AIRPORT NORTH TERMINAL – meeting point at Premier Inn
- GATWICK AIRPORT SOUTH TERMINAL – airport’s staff will provide directions for pick-up meeting point
STANSTED
INFORMATION FOR THE PASSENGERS
The driver cannot leave his coach/minibus in the parking and this is the reason why the passengers will have to make their way out to the pick-up point: Bays 32 – 39. The will have to have a contact phone number in order to get in touch with the driver easier.

LUTON
INFORMATION FOR THE PASSENGERS
Passengers will be picked-up right outside the terminal building in the bus station. They will have to previously provide a mobile phone number where they can be contacted at any time and from which they can announce the company or the driver about any situation that might occur.
LONDON CITY AIRPORT
INFORMATION FOR THE PASSENGERS
The coach will be outside the main terminal, in the bus stop, waiting for the passengers.
Under no circumstances will the driver be allowed to leave the coach unattended in the parking.
The passengers will have to make their own way to the vehicle. It will normally take 20 minutes, not more than 25 minutes, to come out of the migration – off the flight and outside.

LONDON SOUTHEND AIRPORT

Our driver will come inside the terminal to pick-up the passengers. The meeting point will be inside the arrivals hall in front of Costa Coffee. He will be waiting for the group holding a name board so he can easily be recognized.
